Charlie Jackson
Joint founder of Matrix Soccer Academy and Blackburn Rovers’ Advanced Technical Skills Development Coach, Charlie is UEFA qualified and was formerly Skills Development Coach at Manchester United. He is also Director of Football at Moorland School in Clitheroe. |
Paul McGladdery
Paul is one of an elite group of FA Level 3 coaching licence holders and a qualified Level 3 Matrix coach, in addition to holding coaching awards for FA disabled football and Futsal. He is Academy Team Assistant Coach with Blackburn Rovers and previously coached all age groups at Accrington Stanley. |

Ryan Strange
Recognised as one of the best young coaches in the country, Ryan was mentored through the Matrix coaching scheme by Charlie and his knowledge of the technical training programme is immense. He is an FA Level 2 qualified coach and has worked at Blackburn Rovers for three years. |
